A Love Affair with Flavor… and an Empanada That Ghosted Me From the moment I walked in, I knew this was going to be special. The scent of sizzling goodness wrapped around me like a passionate embrace, whispering sweet nothings to my stomach. The customer service? Oh, darling, it was like being wooed by the most charming suitor—attentive, warm, and eager to please. As I drove home, the aroma of my meal filled the car, teasing me, making my mouth water like a lovesick fool. My hands trembled with excitement as I opened the container, and oh, the bowl—it was full, full, FULL. A feast, a love letter in edible form. The Cuban? A masterpiece. This place is awesome! From the moment you walk in you get that family friendly vibe. And a taste of Cuba! We talked with the owner and he recommended the vegetable empanada and let me say it was fantastic Fantastic. I never would have thought to order it but next time I go, I am definitely going to order it. The food was amazing and the coffee was just as good! I will definitely be coming back as everything was a five out of five.
After many times driving by, I finally decided to go in at Box if Cubans! It did not disappoint and I'm not sure why isn't there more people talking about this place! Kiara was very welcoming and friendly at taking our order. She gave great advices on what to try off the menu and she even checked on us after we sat down and got our food. The sandwiches are big and deliciously made, we had Pan con Bistec and Mojito sandwich. Both so juicy and the meat was grade A! The beef empanada was super stuffed and came with a great hot sauce. The warm cream filled churros were a final touch to a good experience! Will definitely be back!
My wife and I just found out about this location. Today was our first time trying them out. I order the Media Noche sandwich and my wife order the BLT. When I tell you it was so good!! Definitely glad they have a location that is 2 minutes from us. I highly recommend to try. They have gain 2 loyal customer. Customer service was amazing and the food was made fast as well as fresh.

The chopped cheese sandwich is absolutely delicious! My server was great and recommended the sandwich and drink (iced coffee) and he was spot on. When I come back to Florida I will be eating here again.
If you want to feel like family this is it. The food and service are unreal. They make sure everything is perfect and treat you very well . Cuban made with all the best ingredients. Iced cuban coffee Try the Cuban French Toast.. it's perfectly done and the strawberry Jam it comes with is great.
my first time at this restaurant and i had the best experience !! all of the staff are kind and attentive, as well as charismatic. and their food, it's on it's own level !! my cuban sandwich was, as other reviews have noted, the best i've had. every bite had me wanting more until i was full. my nutella and banana empanada was a great dessert to end the meal with, and their coffee is delicious too. so lucky to have this place in tampa, it's a must try !! thank you so much to all of the staff, you're amazing edit: returned a month later to try more on the menu and i was blown out of the park. the chopped cheesesteak is so, so delicious. i'm a burger lover and this had the qualities of a truly delicious and balanced sandwich, an impressive craft. and again, so kind and remembered me as a customer when i returned too. i'm sure to be a regular here ((:
